All of our items are shipped from our Dallas warehouse.
Most orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Expedited - 1-3 business days

We offer a 30 day return policy.
If you need to edit an order please contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed or shipped we will happily make changes to your order.
Other
After testing the devices they are put into 1 of 3 grades.
A Grade (Like New) - Device screen and housing are in like new condition.
B Grade (Good) - Device screen and housing show signs of slight use. Both screen and housing may have light scratches.
C Grade (Fair) - Device screen and housing show signs of heavy use. Both screen and housing will have small to deep scratches.
