Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on all orders.

 

All of our items are shipped from our Dallas warehouse. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours. Any order placed after 4 PM Central will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. 

Cell Phones are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they have been delivered. If there is an issue with the delivery, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue. 

If you need to cancel an order please contact us immediately. If your order has not been processed or shipped we will happily cancel your order. If your order has been processed or shipped you will have to follow the steps listed in our refund policy.

UPS 2nd Day - 2 business days
