Case Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy

  • Products purchased directly from our website have a 30 day return policy.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item by mail within 30 days after date of delivery for a full refund issued in the original form of payment.

 

Return Requirements

  • Products must have been purchased directly from shopfrwireless.com.
  • You must have a valid order number.
  • Return items must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
  • Return items must be in new unused condition.
  • Refunds are for product only and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • FR Wireless is not responsible for return shipping charges.

 

Phone Return Policy

We will not accept returned phones with iCloud Locks, Google account locks or Samsung account locks.

  • Return items must be in new unused condition.
  • We will not accept devices for returns that are abused, altered or damaged by shipment or customer.
  • Refunds are for product only and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • FR Wireless is not responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Any device that is returned but does not meet above conditions will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.

 

How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at info@shopfrwireless.com for a refund request.
  • Please provide your original order number and the reason for return; for phones please also include the IMEI number listed on the phone or box.
  • You will receive a email confirmation for your return which will include your RMA number. Please allow up to 72 hours for your return request to process.
  • Once you ship your return, please allow up to 10 days for your package to reach our facilities and be processed. You will receive an email confirmation of your credit once it has been issued.

 

All Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.

 

FR Wireless is not liable for any lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
